1. General

All products offered on our website are handmade and made to order. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in colour, texture, and form may occur. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

2. Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations or refund requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, as each item is custom-made.
• No cancellations, refunds, or changes will be accepted for:
  • Items for which the customer has selected specific sizes.
  • Items that include customer-requested modifications.
• All sales are final once the product enters production.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:
  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is lost in transit.
• Customers must provide photographic or video proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• In case of lost shipments, verification from the courier service is required before processing.

4. Product Variation Disclaimer

As every item is handcrafted, slight differences from the photographed samples may occur. These natural variations will not be considered grounds for refunds, returns, or disputes.

5. Inability to Deliver

If we are unable to deliver the purchased item due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Customers may choose an alternative item of equal value, or
• Opt for a full refund.

6. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery timeline is 7-14 days from the date of order confirmation.
• Unforeseen events such as raw material delays, regional restrictions, logistics disruptions, or natural calamities may extend delivery timelines.
• Revised timelines will be communicated promptly to the customer.

7. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, logos, and creative material on this website belong to Kashvi. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Customer misinterpretation of product images.
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials unless explicitly disclosed by us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
